So, what am I looking towards 2012? Couple things, although they're not guaranteed, as life is.
San Diego Comic-Con 2012, most certainly. Although I am contemplating on actually getting a hotel just to ease my body. Not sure if I could handle another round of 4-6 hr round trip for 5 days straight of a commute.
Anime Expo. Maybe. Would depend on the guests attending and panels.
BotCon. Not likely. As much as I'd like to join in my fellow TF fans, various factors - primarily financial priority and planning - prevents me from attending.
Fan things... Still some projects that I REALLY want to finish.
Real life-wise, hopefully to be a lot more financially secure.
Those are my hopes, other than the usual of keeping good health and wishes of better opportunities coming my way. We'll see how the dice rolls out.

I miss that old mood avatar where there were piles of paperwork surrounding you...
First up, no I am not yet dead. *ducks the shovel* Been busy saving a ton of docs from a website on the off-chance they delete some of my favorites. Which took a good portion of over a month. Why a month? How about a good round of more than 10,000 HTML-format files in your folder? My left pinky was all but screaming every night I stopped to hit the sack, and I don't think both of my wrists were happy either. Now that's done, I can get back to at least my normal schedule, especially things I owe and some of my own projects. (Except for the few stragglers.)

Ahem. Yeah, power came back about 2 weeks ago, although we're slated for the more traditional Santa Ana winds (which reach up to about 60 mph/97 kmph on average). Crazy enough we just had a thunderstorm roll bye. *whistles a bit of "Bohemian Rhapsody"*

Heh. Kid, I kid. Mostly forcing myself to get back to projects that have been backlogged for a good while. :paranoid: That's about it.
Life? Other than back to normal, just trying to make sure I don't create a backlog of a mountain of paper at work. Kinda hard, as I lack proper multi-tasking (or would that be "poly-tasking"?) skills to juggle my va
